Learn to learn

This training is intended for children and teenagers from group 7 (but especially high school students) who have difficulty with their school work. They have difficulty planning, doing their work/assignments, tackling a task. They get stuck at schoolwork. 

The workshop was developed by the Kinderpraktijk itself. It is a training that consists of three meetings of 45 minutes each. The training can be given individually as well as in groups.

During the training is discussed: how do you learn? How can that be better? How can you use your own talents to do your homework? The learning circle is an important part of the training. There is practice in making summaries and useful websites are discussed. In addition, many tools and tips are given about doing homework, scheduling time, planning tests etc. 

The training is not reimbursed by the municipality. The costs are for the parents.
